SACC hosted a fantastic dinner to celebrate our team’s success and recognize the standout performances this season.
We missed a few of our key players who were away, competing in the Edmonton Big Bash. A special shoutout to Salman Rana and Taran Jot for their stellar performances, with Salman Rana shining in the final with outstanding bowling and taking home the Best Fielder award.
Hats off to Deepansh Bhuchar, who scored 485 runs at an average of 37.31, making him the second-highest run-scorer for SACC’s premier team. And let’s not forget Ali Nasir, who was on fire this season, smashing 372 runs in 9 innings, earning the highest average in the premier division at 46.50. Our fast bowlers and spinners also stepped up, helping us secure third place in the premier division, just 4 points short to reach the elite division.
The SACC premier team has put in a top-notch effort this 2024 season. Let’s aim to bring the same energy and performances into 2025,.
